Rio Grande
The Rio Grande is a major river found in the Southwest. It forms the natural border between the United States and Mexico. It is almost 1,900 miles long and empties into the Gulf of Mexico.
Grand Canyon
The Grand Canyon is considered one of the seven natural wonders of the world. It is located in Arizona and was carved by the Colorado River. The canyon is protected by Grand Canyon National Park. Native Americans have also lived here for thousands of years.
